As a guide to Corporate English Proficiency Courses and to accelerate the learning process, our trainers initially begin with our strategically designed assessments and evaluate the participant’s language ability. Then through the means of needs analysis forms and level testing, we further customize the courses to meet the specific needs of our clients.

• Effective English Communication

 OUTLINE
This course aims at developing effective reading, listening and writing skills in English language and foster the use of the skills developed for organizational success.
The learning levels to be incorporated are decided on the basis of the assessments made.
After the course, the participants are provided with grade sheets declaring their qualifying grades in each of the Learning levels.
This is a necessary and foundation course in English language and all other Business English Courses like ‘English for Professionals’ presuppose a passing grade in this course.
BENIFITS
After the course, participants are expected to

• Read and understand all English documents, correspondence and reports, including the finer points of complex pieces of writing
• Listen and Advise on or talk in English about complex or sensitive issues, understanding colloquial references and dealing confidently with hostile questions
• Write on any subject and take full notes of meetings or seminars with good expression and accuracy with proficient English.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN
Language:
A complete control over grammar and vocabulary, and ability to summarize information.
Reading:
Participants will learn the ability to read and understand the meaning of written English at word, sentence, paragraph and whole text level.
Writing:
Participants are expected to develop basic skills required to write effective business correspondence like memos, emails, letters, proposals and reports
Listening:
Understand the meaning of complete range of spoken material in a corporate environment, including lectures, news programmes and public announcements.
Speaking:
Learn to converse effectively with colleagues and native-english clients.

After the successful completion of the above programme, the participants are made to undergo our flagship programme, ‘English for Professionals’ to help them thoroughly master the skills necessary for effective use of English language in organizational development.
